For one of our clients we are looking for experienced individuals with good understanding of business processes and the cycles within a company for the role of Transition Executive with French or Italian and English.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Capable to maintain a close relations with several involved parties/team usually from different
* Excellent understanding of the standard business processes and company work cycles;
* Can create and develop a strategy that will ensure a successful transition of people, documents,
activities and workload without minimizing the company’s results;
* Build the connection between all involved parties and departments that are involved in the process;
* Keeping a record and constant check of the results, notes all parties for the status and updates the strategy on the way if needed;
* Hold regular meetings and discussion with all involved parties in order to have full information and
updates and clear all possible problems;
* Improves and changes all processes that aren’t functional and efficient;
* Keeps a record and documentation of the whole process for future;
* Strives for improving the relations with the clients;
