Key duties and responsibilities:

Х Lead and manage multiple Azure/Citrix Cloud migration projects in parallel;
Х Work with the Integrations project team to apply QA processes and controls for newly onboarded companies, including consolidation of Active Directory, and validating associated business processes and applications prior to migrating to a new technology platform;
Х Develop Test Strategies that will take the project team through an end to end journey to prove successful deployment and implementation;
Х Ensure QA processes and methodology is applied at all stages during SDLC. Always, looking to review and improve on processes & methodology;
Х Work with the technical and business teams to determine the required test scope and methodology that will assure that business operations are not impacted by the platform change;
Х Working with internal and external teams and vendors to define their roles and responsibilities with regards to QA to demonstrate end to end Quality Assurance;
Х Develop the required tests that will demonstrate successful deliverables from internal and external parties
Х Leading a business team of business testers through the QA and audit process;
Х Progress and status reporting on a regular basis on overall Quality and Test phase metrics;
Х Reporting to the Integrations QA Manager.

Requirements and necessary skills

Experience and skills:

Х 6+ years Software QA experience, with at least 3 years leading QA projects;
Х A confident self-starter with a can do, will do attitude and ability act on own initiative;
Х Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills and ability to negotiate at all levels;
Х Demonstratable experience in running UAT exercises with globally dispersed teams;
Х Able to multi-task prioritise, and manage and coordinate with globally dispersed technical and non-technical teams;
Х Ability to brainstorm required test scope from technical and non-technical team members;
Х Good all-round IT Quality Assurance background from preferably a number of industries / domains;
Х Good understanding of cloud (Azure) technologies, infrastructure, networks, firewalls etc.;
Х Have the ability to ensure that internal and external teams adhere to quality and audit guidelines;
Х Be very flexible as tasks, working hours and responsibilities may change based on project needs;
Х Able to work in a pressurized and quickly changing environment;
Х Good knowledge of Jira or similar issue management tools and Zephyr;
Х ISTQB Certification or equivalent.

Nice to have:

Х Worked in Merger and Acquisition projects from a QA point of view;
Х Worked in IT in a Financial Services organization;
Х Finance / Funds Administration exposure;
Х Understanding of Citrix infrastructure, including Application Layering;
Х Reasonable understanding of infrastructure, application architecture, networking and Active Directory;
Х PMP, Prince2, ITIL, ISO27001, SOX compliance or similar IT Service Management PM/QA/Auditing processes.
