customer experience. We are looking for motivated and communicative problem solvers, for
the role of Contract Desk Expert with German, French and English.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping and guiding Sales in creating and organizing contracts;
* Creating, correcting and troubleshooting quotes and deals;
* Handling processing of bill petitions, end to end;
* Dealing with preliminary credit checks, providing documentation for completing formal credit
check approval;
* Processing contracts documentation and serving as a point of contact for enterprise deals (end to end);
* Supporting documentation set-up and approval;
* Mediating between customers and the telco team and serving as SME for account executives.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
* Great fluency in both spoken and written English (level B2-C1);
* Good German or French (spoken and written) language skills (level B2 or more);
* Work experience in a similar role;
* Familiarity with MS Office, good Excel skills are a plus;
* Self-driven and organized;
* Process, system and product oriented;
* Analytical and curious with good problem-solving abilities.
