As a core member of the HR team in Bulgaria region, you will deliver HR service assistance in terms of recruitment to the HR community, business managers and employees.

Executes and delivers assigned HR services in terms of recruitment compliance with ABB standards
Identifies opportunities for improvement and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on feedback and experience with customers
Communicates information regarding policies and standards to the recruitment agencies and other parties
Prepares accurate reports and documents for internal stakeholders
