You will be a vital member of the Procurement and Logistics team within the Industrial Automation Business, in Bulgaria. Reporting to the Head of Material Management, you will provide support to the wider business by ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures.
The position is grade 15
The contract will be signed with an external agency.
Purchasing materials on behalf of the Business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms
Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures
Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues
Identifying and qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supply Chain Management
Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price
Processing vendor invoices and handling if any disputes in timely manner
