Job description:
The call monitoring officer is responsible for assessing, on daily
basis, the quality of the performance of our call center associates
who deal with our existing and potential customers, monitoring
inbound and outbound calls to assess associate's demeanor,
technical accuracy, Information Transparency, customer service
performance, that conformity to company policies and procedures and
prepares internal quality reports for management staff review.
Our Requirements:
∙ Fluency in the relevant foreign languages - both spoken
and written: English + Russian
∙ Working language - English
∙ Excellent communication skills
∙ Professional attitude
∙ Excel, Internet
