of Customer Support Agent with Italian, German, Dutch, French,
Portuguese – Varna (FTE and PTE).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing support via live chat, calls and email;
* Listening to and answering the customer’s questions;
* Providing in-depth knowledge of the company’s products;
* Offering guidance and resolving the customer’s issues;
* Managing the customer experience by explaining and answering
simply and clearly.
* Striving daily to improve personal skills and the service offered
to customers.
