the role of Online Trade Support with Dutch, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish with English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers via calls, chat and email and striving to provide great service;
* Guiding the interaction with customers (listening to quarries, taking orders, providing
products info, tracking deliveries, returns…);
* Preforming multiple tasks and trying to reply to customers needs in a timely manner;
* Thinking of new ways to improve the business process and brand loyalty and sales rates;
* Keeping the systems updated and collaborating with other teams in order to achieve the best customer experience.
