Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Utilizing your conversational skills, listening and identifying customers issues and offering
* Dealing with sensitive topics and cases with care and discretion;
* Keeping up with the company’s product portfolio and providing accurate information about
products and services;
* Striving to improve the customer experience with each interaction and following the preset
