Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Documenting and tracking information in call tracking database;
Listening and understanding the customer’s issues;
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services;
Taking part in activities focused on improving customer satisfaction;
Email communication with clients, less phone calls.
