of Technical Back-up Specialist with Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with technical issues via phone, chat and email (issues could include: desk phones,
integrations, mobile applications…);
* Having outbound, business-to-business (B2B) calls with potential clients;
* Handling signing of the contract with potential clients;
* Keeping up with B2B communication before and during the implementation process;
* Working out bugs and issues that may appear during the implementation process.
