For one of our clients – world renowned sports and entertainment company. We are looking
for motivated, friendly and calm analytical thinkers for the role of Contact Center Professional
with French or German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contacting customers from France and Belgium and helping with any potential concerns
(especially with safety and affordability);
* Analyzing their concerns, acting accordingly in order to divert the possible risk on time;
* Handling the sensitive information with care and in line with data privacy requirements;
* Making sure that all necessary steps are taken and documented clearly;
* Providing great customer support and encouraging customers to keep in mind their safety;
* Helping coworkers with different issues and working together on improving the process.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
* Excellent command of French or German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese language business level of English;
* Previous experience in a contact center environment is considered an advantage;
* Able to communicate and stay calm under pressure and to work in a dynamic and fast-
paced environment;
* Good at spotting protentional problematic customers and handle them with care and in line
with company’s policy requirements;
* Analytical thinker, ready to examine issues, strategize and offer solutions;
* Detail-oriented, driven and organized worker.
