with French or German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contacting customers from France and Belgium and helping with any
potential concerns
(especially with safety and affordability);
* Analyzing their concerns, acting accordingly in order to divert
the possible risk on time;
* Handling the sensitive information with care and in line with
data privacy requirements;
* Making sure that all necessary steps are taken and documented
clearly;
* Providing great customer support and encouraging customers to
keep in mind their safety;
* Helping coworkers with different issues and working together on
improving the process.
