management – we are looking for a Gaming Gear Support Agent with
German, Russian,Dutch, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian and
English. The employee will answer inquiries from users regarding
gear from one of the most recognizable gaming product brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner;
- Assist users with basic configuration and optimization of the
devices’ settings;
- Follow up with users and improve the overall customer
experience;
- Demonstrate sufficient product knowledge and analytical
thinking;
- Document cases according to the established standards of the
company.
