Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customer’s requests, issues and needs, ensuring timely
and accurate resolution;
* Utilizing available technology tools and providing supporting
documentation as needed
and/or requested;
* Ensuring high quality service is provided with every
encounter;
* Striving to improve quality of the end-to-end process by
identifying arising issues and
suggesting solutions;
* Supporting team members and team lead and offering feedback when
needed.
