Job Summary
The Senior Solution Integrity Analyst will work closely with other Global IT teams in a collaborative and cross-functional environment to ensure that SAP technology-enabled solutions and services meet the needs of the organization. This is done with a focus on maintaining and protecting the instance blueprint in the area of responsibility while ensuring compliance with the Cargill standards and ways of working. This requires understanding and dispositioning the identified solution gaps and providing solution direction for approved solution gaps.

This position is accountable for Solution Management within the Inventory Valuation (Product Costing & ML) and Profitability process area. You must understand the integration impacts with other process areas for the TCA (S4Hana) and TC1 (ECC) instances and coach and lead colleagues and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of our IT solutions.

Key Accountabilities
Lead SAP centric solution design and integrity during the course of a project or change request
Analyze and comprehend complex business and system issues
Research and identify innovative solutions across data, business, reporting and security
Ensure compliance to Cargill standards, both Finance Function and IT related
Guide and coach others during the design, build and test of solutions. This includes requirements capture and analysis and the validation of design documents
Support the system integration partner with the implementation of software solutions
Support and safeguard the test and cut-over of the template solution within your area of responsibility
Prioritize and coordinate the implementation of enhancements and defect fixes
Contribute to the life cycle planning of software applications in accordance with compliance standards
Integrate complex process areas including data, business, reporting, and security across a subset of the organization.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, MIS, computer science or equivalent work experience
7 years relevant business or IT experience in solution or service delivery positions with proven analytical and problem solving experiences
SAP functional and technical experience in one or more of the following:
Controlling, Product Costing & Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Material Management, Cost and Profit Center Accounting.
Ability to translate business process requirements into process, data and technology solutions
Demonstrated experience in delivering significant large multiyear projects, capturing planned benefits and delivering on-time and on-budget
Proven and demonstrated conflict management, influencing, negotiation and consulting skills
Ability to manage ambiguous situations and demonstrate thought leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to travel 10 to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
Working experience with SAP in one or more of the following areas: Tax, GL, Closing, AP/AR, Asset Management, MDG
Experience and knowledge in a major process areas like Make-to-order, Make-to-stock, MM and SD plus the integrations between sourcing, operations/logistics and Controlling
