services – we are looking for professional, career-oriented individuals to join our
client`s team for the role of Customer Care Logistics Representative.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Communication via inbound and outbound calls or other channels;
*Advising clients with the highest level customer support in the best timely manner;
*Transfer specific problems to the correct level of support;
*Manage and update the existing database with at most accuracy;
*Follow strictly the guidelines and policies of the company.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Proficiency in English both spoken and written;
*Excellent communication skills;
*Previous customer service experience will be an advantage;
*Computer literacy;
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions.
