role of Order Fulfilment Expert with French and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Making contracts and dealing with contract renewal and
severance;
* Building orders and manage order corrections as needed,
harmonizing other participants to ensure order fulfillment;
* Providing support during the product return process, cooperating
with SMEs and preforming manual corrections/return orders;
* Processing outlays directed towards commission, rent or lease
payments and keeping track of contract utilization;
* Managing bad debt (writing off, recovering);
* Keeping track of due dates and validity of tax
licenses/exception, requesting new licenses before expirations;
* Dealing with other tasks such as related proceedings and other
service demands.
