Role Overview:
With us you will be able to participate in direct marketing,
including email marketing, campaigns. If you are interested in
learning more about direct marketing strategies and you want to
develop in this field – Hub by Yettel gives you this opportunity.
You will be part of the campaign design and execution process and
will actively participate in the implementation of Yettel customer
lifecycle management strategy.
As part of Hub by Yettel we are looking for an intern who wants to
join our Customer Value Management Division and dive in the
exciting environment of big business.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Participate in the design and execution of digital marketing
campaigns, including email marketing
• Work with campaign management platform
• Set-up key performers indicators for segmentation, contextual
triggering, mechanics, priorities, rewards, contact policy, etc
• Actively participates in implementation of company customer
lifecycle management strategy
• Implement and follow testing protocols before making any campaign
live
• Effectively monitor live campaigns to ensure that they are
working according to the defined logic and delivering a rich
customer experience. Troubleshooting in case campaign is not
performing as expected
• Develop scripts and texts, as well as coordinate approvals for
the different communication channels
• Design and coordinate channels /stakeholders’ information,
including manuals and campaign ambitions
• Participate in email marketing and Campaign management platform
development projects
