For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic BPO solutions – we are looking for an Experienced Technical Support Specialist with Spanish, Italian, French or German and English (shifts 24/7- 24/5).
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process client inquiries regarding complex software issues;
* Perform thorough diagnosis and suggest solutions;
* Escalate cases to supervisors whenever necessary;
* Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of customer service;
* Provide regular reports to the respective team manager.
