Job Summary
The Solution Integrity Analyst TC2 - Trade Risk Management will govern, maintain, integrate and implement SAP applications within the organization. In this role, you will govern and implement SAP applications in alignment with architecture and business processes.

Key Accountabilities
Define and govern the SAP applications direction in accordance with architecture standards and business process leads.
Investigate complex business and system issues, researching and identifying innovative solutions.
Conduct and guide others in the implementation of SAP applications including requirements capture and analysis, development of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration, support deployment and cutover activities.
Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.
Contribute to the strategy and technical planning of SAP applications in accordance with SAP compliance standards.
Integrate complex process areas including data, business, reporting and security across a subset of the organization.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications
3 years of Sales, Sourcing and/or Trading experience in the IT environment
Working knowledge with SAP in one or more of the following.
- Operations: MM, LE, WM, PP, PPPI, QM, APO-DP, APO-SNP, APO-PP/DS, MII, EHS, PM
- Commercials: SD, MM, ACM/CM, CRM
7 years relevant business or IT experience in solution or service delivery positions
SAP functional and technical experience in one or more of the following:
Ability to translate business process requirements into process, data and technology solutions
Demonstrated experience in delivering significant large multiyear projects, capturing planned benefits and delivering on-time and on-budget
Proven and demonstrated conflict management, influencing, negotiation and consulting skills
Ability to translate business requirements into process, data and technological models and specifications in an efficient way for a highly complex and critical application 
Ability to manage ambiguous situations
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a service environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical and problem solving capability
Ability to travel 30 to 50% for the first deployment, after that travel will be occasional
