Responsibilities:

Х Supporting existing corporate customers/partners via email;
Х Analyzing service performance issues;
Х Responsible for own accounts portfolio following action within pre-agreed deadlines;
Х Being able to prioritize daily tasks based on criticality and team requirements;
Х Providing relevant solutions through established procedures;
Х Monitoring of pending cases according to priority and deal SLA;
Х Catalog management, order entry, and fulfillment tracking;
Х Migration of data from one system to another;
Х Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support;
Х Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
Х Verifying correct execution of changes;
Х Resolving non-reporting devices;
Х Creating internal and customer reports;
Х Participating in projects for process or quality improvements.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:

Х Work experience in administrative/ back-office support, customer services or data entry is an advantage;
Х Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal;
Х Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications);
Х Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Х Positive attitude, strong work ethic; a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job;
Х Strong attention to detail;
Х Organized with decision-making and analytical skills.
