the role of General Customer Care Agent with Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian, Romanian and
English - PTE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first line of contact via phone, email and chat;
* Listening closely and identifying the cause of customer’s issue;
* Offering solutions and resolving issues within reasonable timeframe;
* Guiding customers through the process while offering empathy and care for their needs;
* Using available tools and knowledge to provide the best possible service;
* Supporting other colleagues and working on maintaining good working atmosphere .
