are on a lookout for bright, organized and results-driven individuals for the role of Online
Chat Support Agent with French, Italian, German and English – Late shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with users mainly via live chat and email and dealing with their requests;
* Offering accurate, fast responses in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner;
* Expanding and using your knowledge of rules, regulations, products, promotions and
services in order to provide excellent service to the customers;
* Working in a dynamic and exciting environment day to day, striving to achieve set goals;
* Helping other team members and other sectors to ensure that everything runs smoothly
