Center Representative with Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via chat, email and phone calls;
* Helping with software, products, websites and any other issues that customers might have;
* Representing the company, the best you can, resolving issues swiftly and with ease;
* Guiding the customers and assisting them with implementing the solutions;
* Ensuring customers’ happiness and satisfaction by being professional and reliable;
* Working closely with other colleagues and participating in team effort to reach set goals.
