Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Designing and delivering training (creating content for training purposes) in line with
company’s objectives and supporting other trainers and training programs;
* Updating training content regularly and ensuring that is always easy for the sales team to access it;
* Enhancing training sessions by showcasing different selling methods and techniques;
* Expanding your knowledge on company’s products and services and teaching how to best
deliver across the offered value and benefits when pitching a sale;
* Following closely on sale team’s interactions with potential sellers and coaching the team to
improve their skills and close deals faster;
* Providing regular feedback on sales team’s performance and suggesting where and how to
