- Own the creation and management of business requirements
-Document As Is/To Be business processes, and user stories and explore ways of improving them
-Analyze Business cases, draft Use Case specifications and User Stories
-Provide project life cycle documentation and support development, testing & implementation
-Collaborate with key department users to ensure operational issues are driven through to completion.
-Communicate and collaborate with the client side, project managers and various stakeholders
-Define and refine the project scope together with the Project management team
-Monitor requirements fulfillment during project implementation
