For one of our clients – a leader in the online entertainment and gaming field. We are looking
for attentive, motivated and friendly customer-focused individuals for the role of Support
Center Representative with Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via chat, email and phone calls;
* Helping with software, products, websites and any other issues that customers might have;
* Representing the company, the best you can, resolving issues swiftly and with ease;
* Guiding the customers and assisting them with implementing the solutions;
* Ensuring customers’ happiness and satisfaction by being professional and reliable;
* Working closely with other colleagues and participating in team effort to reach set goals.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
* Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish and English (both written and spoken);
* Good typing skills, PC literacy and familiarity with MS office package apps;
* Customer-oriented, striving to provide positive experience with every interaction;
* Open and friendly, has a team-player attitude and willingness to contribute;
* Motivated and capable of dealing with challenges in a calm manner;
* Attentive to details and determined to find a solution for any issue.
