Perform leading role and responsibilities of frontline supervisor.
Supervise and manage food service staff and dining facility.
Oversee food and equipment supply.
Ensure health and safety procedures are met by staff members.
Report on regular basis to upper management work related information and requests, including: staff members, facility condition, equipment and food supply.
Work with management and staff members to ensure operation requirements are met.
