the role of Logistics Care Expert with Polish, German, French, Italian, Turkish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customers’ issues via different channels and offering accurate solutions;
* Escalating specific cases to the next level of management as per company guidelines;
* Preforming inbound or outbound customer and/or client calls;
* Updating information on different interactions with customers regularly for future reference;
* Striving to meet and exceed company’s KPIs and quality standards;
* Collaborating with other team-members and working towards achieving set targets;
* Working on additional tasks when needed and asked by management.
