Agent with Swedish, Finish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with internal and external parties;
* Handling customer’s requests and resolving their issues;
* Collaborating with superiors, team members and other departments;
* Logging details of every interaction daily;
* Keeping up with the deadlines while ensuring that the service quality levels are up to company’s standards.
