looking for First Line Technical Support Agent with Portuguese, German, French, Spanish, Italian and English.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process client inquiries regarding hardware and software issues;
* Request detailed information from every client in order to identify the issue;
* Perform diagnosis of the product and suggest solutions;
* Escalate cases to higher tier support engineers whenever necessary;
* Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of customer service;
* Provide regular reports to the respective team manager.
