experienced and driven individuals for the role of Purchase-To-Pay Expert with German,
French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling all accounts payable activity per assigned unit;
* Utilizing your communication skills while managing clients;
* Dealing with Invoice Processing, Customer/Vendor queries and Travel, Employee Expenses Payment processing;
* Preforming Quality Check of the weekly transactions;
* Creating performance reports (for ex. weekly SLA reports) for the management;
* Continuously improving the process;
* Ensuring that all financial transactions are complying to internal control regulations.
