About us

European National Panels is a technology company working in market research industry, an active member of research agency associations SIMAR, ESOMAR.
For our clients, top research agencies, consultants, end clients, we collect data via questionnaires filled-in online our own respondent panels.
European National Panels is co-owned by 3 top Czech research agencies - NMS, STEM/MARK and Nielsen. Currently we operate in 5 CEE countries (CZ, SK, HU, PL, BG) with a total of 150,000 members, working currently on opening a Romanian panel in 2023. Recently, we celebrated 10 years in business and continue to grow at a rapid pace.
We would like to grow our business in Bulgaria and acquire more clients, more projects, higher revenues locally.

Responsibilities

• identifying target prospects: market research agencies, global sample providing companies, PR and media companies, large end clients
• approaching new potential clients via phone, mail, social networks
• regularly communicating with the existing clients in search to win more projects
• translating clients’ requests to project managers to deliver back feasibility and price quotes
• exploring and understanding the specifics of the local market to suggest measures and initiatives for better meeting clients’ expectations and demands
• translating PR and technical documentation from English to Bulgarian
• running recruitment campaigns of new respondents to expand the scale and to improve the representability of the Bulgarian online panel
• having weekly online calls with the executive managers in Prague to update them on the current progress and planning next tasks

Requirements and necessary skills

• Fluent in verbal / written English and Bulgarian; knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Romanian language is an advantage
• At least bachelor degree in sociology/economics, or experience in the field is preferred, but not necessary
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• Additional IT experience such as working with SQL, PBI etc. is an advantage

• Hourly salary based on project management attendance
• Personal bonus on business development and new business (10% of revenues)
• Intensive on-the-job training how to work with the panel administration software, company processes, pricing structure, panel structure
• Work in a small friendly international team
• Perspective to develop into a full-time job including also project management once a critical mass of local projects are successfully acquired
• Remote position based in Bulgaria, flexible on time and location, suitable for graduate students and fresh absolvents
