Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping customers via phone, chat and email, dealing with
pre-sales and post-sales issues;
* Researching and selecting the best solution, offering clear and
correct course of action;
* Demonstrating patience and understanding while guiding customers
through the process;
* Taking care to provide positive experience and deal with the
issues in a timely manner;
* Keeping records of all interactions and solutions progress;
* Maintaining and improving knowledge of company’s offered services
and products;
* Cooperating with other members and teams and striving to meet
quality standards.
