Technical Support with German, Turkish, Polish, French and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact to new and existing customers;
* Dealing with a range of issues such as technical, formal and administrative issues and offering solutions and guidance;
* Logging new and keeping existing logs up-to-date;
* Escalating the difficult cases further and in accordance with company’s guidelines;
* Ensuring that deadlines are met and activities are carried out as per schedule;
* Helping other colleagues and contributing to team efforts to meat pre-set goals.
