Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering to customer’s requests, offering information and
adequate help;
* Offering new products and presenting their new features;
* Building trust by dealing with issues quickly and
effectively;
* Listening closely, showing understanding and care in order to
ensure customer satisfaction;
* Thinking of ways to improve sales, customer loyalty and provided
services;
* Updating information and helping team members and other sectors
to improve their
