German, FTE and PTE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering customers’ questions via phone calls, chat and
e-mail;
* Showing professionalism and empathy, prioritizing solving of the
customer’s issue;
* Following the case solving process and collaborate with other
sectors to provide the best resolution;
* Keeping all involved parties up to date with the status of the
case;
* Managing customers expectations and experience by communicating
clearly and providing
step-by-step solutions that are easy to follow;
* Keeping up with the deadlines while ensuring that the service
quality levels are up to company’s standards.
