Our client is an American global, company that designs, engineers
and manufactures product solutions for commercial and residential
appliances in the white goods industry.
They are currently looking for a General Manager for the Bulgarian
region, leading multiple sites to join their team.
Job Profile for General Manager, Bulgaria
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for the overall management of the Bulgarian
operations
Ensure the production of goods and the satisfaction of significant
and longstanding OEM customers
Determine the annual financial budget, with respect to inventory,
capital expenditure, fixed overheads, labour, and direct and
indirect costs in general
Certify operations and respective departments are led to achieving
corporate KPIs
Confirm local operations are carried out fully in observance of and
in compliance with all applicable local, regional and global
laws
Responsible for operational reporting at a senior management
level
In charge of continuous- and quality improvement and reduction of
production costs and other processes
Supervise the execution of all HSE policies and procedures on a
regional level
Lead internal team management and troubleshooting and ensure the
training and development of the internal team
Work with the global leadership team on the creation of new
policies
