Manages the process of monitoring and control of the bank’s
operational risk
Collects information and analyses the bank’s exposure to
operational risk
Maintains a register of events and complaints related to
operational risk
Prepares regulatory and inter-bank reports and proposes measures
for limiting the bank’s exposure to operational risk
Conducts periodic trainings to the staff
Periodically reviews and maintains the forms and templates used for
reporting and analysis of events and maintains an archive on
documentation on operational risk events and complaints
