We are seeking a French Speaking Travel Experience Advisor to
support customers in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Travel Experience
Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer
service and support to the French-speaking community of guests and
hosts.
Location: Remote in Bulgaria
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts Monday to Sunday
Salary: 2600 BGN gross
Provide outstanding customer service to guests and hosts via phone,
email, and chat.
Help guests with reservations, booking issues, and travel-related
inquiries.
Support hosts with account-related questions and technical
issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to guest stays, including
refunds and cancellations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall
customer experience.
