Requirements:
We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager to lead a highly
collaborative, innovative and creative team to build excellent
relationship with our business partner from an allocated book of
clients, mediating between them and the internal teams. Upsell,
track and exceed Business performance according to set goals and
deliverables.
What will I be doing?
- Day to day account management of Taxback International’s Managed
Clients in the allocated book of clients
- Coordinate Client from contract signing till completed
implementation together with internal teams
- Upsell, track and exceed Business performance according to set
goals and deliverables
- Identify and manage initiatives to grow client portfolios both
within current book of business but also by upselling Taxback
International products portfolio
- Manage quarterly business reviews and general governance of each
client account
- Be the client representative internally to ensure that client
requirements are met timely when several stakeholders are involved
from contract signing, implementation and the ongoing
relationship
- Ongoing usage of SalesForce and its reporting capabilities
