Due to continued business expansion, we have opened a new role for
a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Varna.
-Key in necessary accounting entries.
-Be aware of account receivable and payable transactions and be
able to recognize these on bank statements. -Prepare creditor
reconciliations.
-Prepare bank reconciliation files and money transfer
reconciliations. Work with CRM reports and reconcile
payments/customer information to bank.
-Investigate and resolve reconciling items.
-Update the fixed asset registers.
-Prepare customer/client/intercompany liability reconciliation
files.
-Follow established procedures for processing customer/company
information.
-Communicate with relevant teams/departments to investigate and
resolve accounting queries. Work closely with relevant teams to
ensure accurate and timely accounts delivery.
