the role of Order Fulfilment Specialist with French, German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with all accounts daily via inbound/outbound calls and collecting via various
* Handling and maintaining accounts’ administration and analysis;
* Keeping track of accounts’ payment patterns and implementing corrective measures where
* Ensuring that preset targets are met for a given time period in compliance with internal rules and regulations;
* Upkeeping all ledgers and keeping them clean and settled.
