Our client is “Incantare” Ltd. - a fast-growing and ambitious company focused on home-related web shops combined with physical showrooms in the Netherlands. The company sales kitchen and bathroom products. Their current strategy is to target on the countries within the EU.
Given the growth within the company, we are looking for a communicative employee to occupy the position:
Customer support agent with German
• Answer clients’ queries in a timely and professional manner by phone, email, live chat;
• You must always provide the most accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, pricing information, delivery status etc.;
• You will make offers to the clients;
• Maintain accurate client data records on the database;
• Collaborate with other team members.
