As a buyer, you will play a vital role in the procurement and
logistics team in Electrification Smart Power, branch Rakovski.
In this role you will provide assistance to the wider business by
ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate
policies and procedures and by providing relevant market
information
Drive cost reduction activities, commercial conditions
negotiations, frame agreements implementation with suppliers
Oversee suppliers’ performances (on-time delivery, quality, lead
time, costs) and resolving performance issues
Contribute the business continuity of the factory boosting
continuous improvements projects with external partners, ensuring
better and better level of service of the supplies (Just in time,
Kanban, Consignment Stock, logistics integration, Quality wins,
Lean 6 sigma approach, etc.)
Create complex cost break-down analyses on component and product
level eventually covering Tier 1,2 and 3 Supplier
Create “should cost analysis” in cooperation with Product
Engineering and R&D.
Support development and change introduction to products and new
production lines localization
Lead qualification, development initiatives and local supplier
footprint improvement. Ensures procurement activities alignment
with SCM policies and procedures
Take part in global commodity tenders and insure local
implementations of the results. Cooperate extensively with
colleagues all over the world in developing sourcing strategies and
decreasing raw material market impacted
