of IT Support Engineer.
• Delivering prompt support, analysis, and resolution for incidents
and requests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring effective communication with employees by keeping them
well-informed about the progress and status of their incidents and
requests.
• Initiating and diligently tracking tickets associated with user
requests to ensure proper monitoring and resolution.
• Conducting system monitoring and maintenance tasks, which
encompass configuration and security management, patching,
automation, hardening, and system upgrades.
• Facilitating the setup of new accounts and actively managing
Active Directory administration.
• Implementing robust security measures and safeguards to ensure
the protection and integrity of systems from breaches and
viruses.
• Maintaining up-to-date, accurate, and reliable backups of
applications and databases to ensure data integrity and
availability.
• Providing support and assistance to colleagues in effectively
utilizing business applications.
