For one of our clients – a leading consulting and implementation company specializing in high-
performance software solutions, including ERP and CRM systems, is seeking a dynamic Technical
Software Consultant to join their exceptional team.

Отговорности

Check whether software programs function in accordance with user requirements and established rules and procedures.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and scripts for testing software and information systems.
Provide consulting services for HR, CRM, and ERP software, assisting clients in optimizing their operations and workflows.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues and bugs.
Offer technical support and guidance to clients, both remotely and on-site.
Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of software solutions.
Regularly update knowledge of software advancements and industry best practices.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and SQL.
Good level of Italian and English language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A valid driver license and access to a personal car as clients are located in Plovdiv and the surrounding region.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and deadlines.
