Centre Associate with Danish, German, Dutch or Finnish and English
– FTE or PTE.
* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might
have via tickets or calls;
* Offering support, listening closely and trying to come up with
the answer or solution;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a
happy experience;
* Taking note of issue trends and frequent questions and informing
your team-leader about it;
* Supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere by acting as
a part of your team.
