Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Associate Global Mobility Operations Specialist will work with the team to implement and administer all the Global Mobility international assignments. In this role, you will provide basic knowledge to administer and interpret policies and regulations to support the allocation of payments to expatriate allowances and set their profiles in Cargill’s HR systems.

Major Tasks
With guidance, administer and interpret policies and regulations to ensure accurate payment of all expatriate allowances as well as related items such as moving expenses.

Help coordinate administrative tasks to ensure compliance with government regulations associated with expatriates.

Work on the setup and maintenance of the HR profiles of the Global mobility cases during the assignment

Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements and necessary skills

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
English at a very good level

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR processes especially in HR data management area
