Our partner is a well-established global company in the field of online entertainment. Their aim is to build a strong organization in Sofia with 500+ employees and 24/7 operations. For their newly established team and structure in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to join as a Studio Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage the studio’s resources and personnel.
Support operations by running reports, managing projects, and ensuring operational excellence at all times.
Supervise, coach, motivate, and build team spirit.
Analyze employee data and performance.
Ensure daily manpower and oversee rotation and breaks.
Establish and maintain cross-departmental cooperation.
Work with internal systems and manage different projects.
Handle ad-hoc situations that may occur on shift in an appropriate manner.
Conduct routine floor walks within the studio.
Manage, motivate, and improve the performance of the assigned team.
Manage various team members to ensure performance meets defined standards and expectations.
Attend training as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

University Degree.
Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience within the industry.
Experience in online operations is highly advantageous.
Proficiency with relevant equipment and software applications.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with live streaming technologies and online platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and friendly attitude.
Fluency in English.
Strong time management skills.
